Is the hardest thing to do to workout?
I wake up at 7 a.m and fall back asleep at 7:00:03 a.m. My goal to lose 15 lbs during my first year in college seems unreachable.
In hopes of achieving such goal, I will experiment with several tactics during this week and report back to you guys.
Goal: Wake up at 7 a.m. and go to the gym around 8 a.m.
Situation: In the morning, my dorm gets really cold which makes me want to go to sleep in my warm bed.
Day 1 Wear a sweater and sweatpants to bed
Day 2 Set a clock alarm that is ear-piercing.
Day 3 Drink ice cold water - the second I wake up.
Day 4 Push myself out of bed
Day 5 Put music on
